Welcome! This entire website was created with you in mind. We hope it helps you learn about why we exist and what role we play on campus. It also serves as a hub of information for the services we provide to campus. Are you an Area Council member looking for resources? Send us an email and will bet in touch with you.
Our mission is to "improve the quality of the residential experience." In RSA, we would like to provide residential students a home away from home and serve you to the best of our abilities. Your residential experience matters and we want to help make it the best it can possibly be. For example, we have the Food Advisory Board and the Housing Improvement Panel that work with administrators on campus to improve the food and facilities on campus as well as addressing other needs of the student residents. We also have campus-wide events such as the Halloween Costume Bash, Winter Whispers Semi-Formal Dance, and Get Fit. Live Well. - an incentive program for making healthy life choices.
The core value of the Residents Students Association is to empower the resident students to recognize their full potential and in turn positively impact the lives of those around them. The goals of RSA shall include the following:
What exactly are the resident students?
All students living in a University of Evansville residential area are considered to be resident students and thus apart of the Resident Students Association. It is each individual resident's choice to be active or not.
