The core value of the Resident Students Association is to empower the resident students to recognize their full potential and in turn positively impact the lives of those around them.  It is the mission of the RSA to cooperate with other student organizations, to work for the good of all students, broaden the college experience beyond the classroom, encourage involvement on a local, state, regional, and national level, encourage diversity and discourage ignorance, and provide quality social and educational programming on campus.

All students living in a University of Evansville residential area are considered to be part of the Resident Students Association.

Meetings of the Resident Students Association General Assembly
are held Mondays @ 9:00pm in Schroeder Family of Business School 172
